Vetek Semiconductor’s standard product process is as below:


High Purity Graphite Paper1.Raw material preparation

Select high purity graphite particles as raw materials to ensure its purity and performance.

2.Mixing and forming

The graphite particles are mixed with the binder, and the paper-like material is made by the molding process.

3.Bulking treatment

The molded graphite paper is put into a high temperature expansion furnace, usually at a temperature of more than 800℃ to ensure sufficient expansion and performance improvement of the graphite.

4.Rolling process

The expanded graphite paper is calendered to improve its density and strength and ensure product quality.

5.Quality inspection

The quality of the produced high purity graphite paper is strictly tested to ensure that it meets the relevant standards.


Vetek Semiconductor graphite paper can be more than 99.9%, density is 1-1.5g/cm3, the thickness is generally between 0.2mm and 6mm can also accept customization. The conventional width is 3-1500mm and the length is 1m-900m, which can also accept the customized needs of customers
