Q:What is TaC coating?
A:TaC coating on graphite is created by applying a layer of tantalum carbide (TaC) to the surface of graphite using a Vapor Deposition (CVD) process. Tantalum carbide is a hard, refractory ceramic compound made up of carbon and tantalum. Enhancing Stability and Chemical Resistance.

Q:What is tantalum carbide used for?
A:Tantalum carbide is widely used as sintering additive in ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs) or as a ceramic reinforcement in high-entropy alloys (HEAs) due to its excellent physical properties in melting point, hardness, elastic modulus, thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, and chemical stability.In semiconductor industry,TaC coated is widely used for SiC crystal growth process and SiC epitaxy process spare parts.

Q:Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A:We are a domestic factory focusing on SiC coating and TaC coating, with the goal of becoming a leading semiconductor coating material innovator in China. At present, the factory has 150+ employees, 12 production lines, two research and development centers, a number of coating technology and material research and development patents.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity.

Q: Can you supply the relevant documentation?
A: Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

Q: What is the average lead time?
A: For samples, the lead time is about 30 days. For mass production, the lead time is 45 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit, and we have your final approval for your products. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so but it also depends on products.

Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A: You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:70% deposit in advance, 30% balance before shipment.If the amount is large, please contact us to negotiate.

Q: What is the product warranty?
A: We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

Q: Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
A: Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

Q: How about the shipping fees?
A: The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Air freight normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Q:How many staffs do you have in your factory?
